Order Processing

Allow 5 to 7 days for order processing once payment is cleared for In Stock items. Many factors determine the delivery date such as:

  • Orders placed online by credit card will be submitted for processing and fulfillment immediately upon receipt. Please allow up to 72 hours to receive your tracking information.
  • Product Availability: This date range is listed on the left side of the main image on the item's detail page. If an item is listed as "In Stock," it will usually be ready to ship within 5-7 business days. Some "In Stock" items may have a longer lead time to prepare for shipment.
  • Guest Location: Where your package is being delivered to (residential, business, limited access, rural etc.)
  • Shipping Speed: The shipping method you selected during Checkout. You may choose Standard Shipping (3-5 business days), Premium Shipping (2 business days) or Express Shipping (1 business day).
  • Some items cannot be expedited due to size, weight or vendor constraints and will only have Standard Shipping available.

Allow 4-6 weeks for order processing on all custom made items. Our Sit, Sleep & Store covers and systems as well as our mats are made to order at the time of purchase. We always strive to have your order made and processed as soon as possible, but if you need your custom order to be delivered by a specific date, please call us at 888-854-2779 or email us at, so we can work out those details with you.

Public Schools and Government Agencies

Public schools and government agencies may qualify for payment in Net Terms and be able to place their order online to obtain a purchase order number, and may be contacted by a representative from Happy Child Products, LLC for order confirmation. Payment will be due 10 days upon receipt of goods. Prior to your order, please contact us to see if you qualify for payments using Net Terms.

Private organizations that would like to arrange payment with a check may submit their order by email at, or by calling (888) 854-2779. Orders will not be processed for fulfillment until payment has been received. You may submit payment by mailing a check made out to Happy Child Products, LLC., and include a copy of your invoice to:

Signature Required

On some items there may be and option to select a signature upon delivery during the checkout process. By not choosing the signature option you are allowing the carrier to drop off an item without someone present. For certain items we may require a signature. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the package(s) should it be required.

Free Shipping

Happy Child offers Free Shipping* on the purchase of 4 or more Sit, Sleep & Store covers and/or complete systems only (complete systems have mats/cots included). All other products will be charged shipping fees. Some items or orders may qualify for free shipping within the continental United States. Free shipping applies to dock or curbside deliveries only. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be quoted for dock or curbside deliveries only. Additional delivery service fees, such as residential, rural or limited access deliveries will become the responsibility of the purchaser.

International shipping

International shipping is available and can be quoted at your request. All freight and applicable taxes, tariffs and fees are the responsibility of the recipient or purchaser.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Should you have more than one delivery address, we will create a separate order for each shipping address.

Warranty on Manufacturing Defects

Happy Child offers a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on items and covers manufacturer’s defects only. Some items do have an extended manufacturer’s limited warranty. See specific product information card for details. Items covered under the warranty will be replaced or repaired at manufacturer’s discretion. Freight on all warranty returns back to the manufacturer is the responsibility of the purchaser.   Standard ground or LTL freight to ship your repaired or replaced product back to the purchaser will be covered by Happy Child Products, LLC. Should expedited freight be needed, there will be additional shipping and handling charges which will apply and they are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be paid prior to shipping.

Return Policy

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you aren't satisfied with a recent purchase, you can send most items back within 30 days*. Please contact us within 30 days to initiate the return process for items in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. Any and all returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, a return authorization number and sent back in the original packaging. To acquire a RMA # please call customer service at 888-854-2779. The purchaser is responsible for the freight to return any and all products to our factory. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns with the exception of items returned under warranty for a manufacturers defect. Freight/shipping costs are not refundable. Returns past 30 days and returns without a RMA# will not be accepted. *Custom made items cannot be returned. These are orders by which the customer chooses the material type and color, and item size, etc. Custom made items are "made to order". If you have an issue with your custom made purchase, give customer service a call at 888-854-2779, and Happy Child will make a fair attempt to offer alternative solutions that address your concern.

Damaged Goods From Shipping

In the event that you receive a shipment which the packing and products have been damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT the shipment. Refuse the shipment and clearly state the reason, DAMAGED and notify our customer service department by calling (888) 854-2779. If the shipment is not rejected, we must be notified within 5 business days of the damaged products being received by the purchaser.
